Troublesome tech stack - Software Developer BGC Group Employee Review

* The tech stack lacks direction and coherence. The monolithic Java based trading systems have huge deployment issues. * Numerous consecutive rollbacks of said trading system last year/this year points at bad quality control in the software process. * The above must be embarrassing for client facing staff and awkward at best for connected electronic platforms to make firm plans. Release schedules are too often missed. * Long term employees are severely behind the times knowledge and skill wise.
