Pros
Good opportunities, lovely building and good company. Once you have worked at BGC you will do great anywhere else. It is a fun place to work.
Cons
The only reason i didn't jump off the 18th floor was because I was strong. Culture of bullying and verbal abuse deemed acceptable. you can tell by the turn around and the repeated job advertisement on Linked In. Not the company but horrible Team Leader.
