Bad culture, unmanaged and underresourced - Anonymous employee BGC Group Employee Review

Not enough employees for the volume of work resulting in each employee being overworked. Employees receive little support even on big projects. Management have little interest in managing and there is a general culture of 'minimum communication'. Very little financial or career prospects leading to employee apathy and attrition. This is generally the case across the back office and support functions. There is an obsessional emphasis on cost saving. The team even has to pay for their own Christmas dinner.
