Pros
"Be glad you still have a job" as one manager stated in a GROUP performance review, as he stated no raise or bonus.
Cons
Management consistently finds ways to degrade and demean people. Performance reviews are done in groups. Bonus and raises are handed out in the open, where those getting reviews find sealed enveloped on their desk and others do not. I find it strange that one group of common origins consistently received envelopes.
