Pay, annual bonus, health benefits 401k, stock options are all competitive. Secure job and standard promotion ladder. Many opportunities to move around and try different areas of the company. Company has a robust spectrum of engineering, field, and business roles.
Cons
Culture is a bit traditional and still a decent age gap in workforce. Company is starting to adapt to a millennial workforce starting with facility upgrades to look more modern and corporate focus on innovation. It is generally slow pace with many levels of bureaucracy. Resistance to change especially from older generation. Leadership at director level and above is pretty decent, although experience with mid-line management varies a lot.
