The money is simply great.

Cons

The people in the call center are treated like robots. You are expected to be perfect on every call. There is zero tolerance for mistakes. The quality standards are beyond rigid. The stress drives many customer service workers to seek therapy and go out for extended periods of time on FMLA or long-term disability.
