Pros

They will find you work, no matter what. You can have little to no experience and they'll find you a job. Even if you don't speak English.

Cons

Lack of communication to their workers. I'm not the only one who complained about this either. Property managers I've worked with said the same thing and other temps working with BG mentioned it. Poor scheduling communication. They text you and don't get back to you right away if you have a question or problem...Example: I was working at a property and another temp from BG came in thinking she was suppose to be there. We were both really confused and it turned out they only needed one of us and since I happened to arrive first, I stayed. I felt awful for the girl that left, she thought she might be late to a different property and she showed me her schedule on her phone-via text msg from BG. Looked like she was scheduled to work that day...Much confusion...she called us back after she'd left and said she wasn't scheduled to work...Texting doesn't cut it, call people BG!!! Also, regarding direct deposit and pay: I had all the paperwork when I interviewed, including a voided check for direct deposit. They ended up giving me the check back and then I get this pay card in the mail. The whole point of the check was so I didn't use their card. Which charges interest btw. This happened to a friend of mine, which makes me wonder if they have a policy to do this to new hires...Keep in mind your paycheck is already very low with BG($10/hr) and charging you interest reduces it even lower...

Pros

People seem genuinely nice and deep down want to help. Decent base pay.

Cons

Nice people, with a lot of ego under the surface. Very reactive. Looking for quick fixes instead of focusing and investing in the root problem.
