Pros

You get hired on pretty quick even that’s a set up

Cons

Horrible with communication! Horrible with placing you somewhere with more than a one or possibly a two day assignment if your lucky enough to have a recruiter that responds to you. I don’t understand what’s the purpose of texting your recruiter that your available everyday and majority of the time he or she may or may not reply. I use to think this was a good job placement company but I was completely wrong. I would suggest coming here for someone who already has a stable job or don’t have any bills because risking BG Staffing will put you under bankruptcy

Patient I‑9 assistance: Daryl showed exceptional patience during the I‑9 portion, making what can be a stressful step feel manageable. Organized training materials: Resources were easy to follow and provided a solid foundation for getting started.

Pros

People seem genuinely nice and deep down want to help. Decent base pay.

Cons

Nice people, with a lot of ego under the surface. Very reactive. Looking for quick fixes instead of focusing and investing in the root problem.
