      Pros

      Working for BG is so fulfilling, providing people with jobs in the multifamily industry and opening the door for career possibilities is fantastic. The most wonderful feeling is to hear that someone got their start in the industry because you helped them land a position.

      Cons

      You will work 7am - Midnight Monday through Monday. The phone will ring, and you will answer. It is your livelihood on the line. If you're not "in the green", get ready to feel pressure like you've never felt before.

      Clear communication: Expectations and next steps were explained in a way that made the process feel smooth. Supportive team interactions: Kristy and Daryl were both very helpful throughout the entire onboarding experience. Their guidance made the process feel welcoming. Patient I‑9 assistance: Daryl showed exceptional patience during the I‑9 portion, making what can be a stressful step feel manageable. Organized training materials: Resources were easy to follow and provided a solid foundation for getting started.

      Streamlined documentation: Some materials could be consolidated or updated to reduce repetition.

      People seem genuinely nice and deep down want to help. Decent base pay.

      Cons

      Nice people, with a lot of ego under the surface. Very reactive. Looking for quick fixes instead of focusing and investing in the root problem.
