Company has become very top heavy. Promotions are granted on connections rather than qualifications. - Sales Representative BGSF Employee Review

Pros

Flexibility, helping people connect with employment. Rewarding. Lots of paid days off for holidays, birthdays, volunteering. Managers don’t micromanage.

Cons

The only ones making money are corporate. They keep getting promotions and raises while the sales and operations teams struggle and make less and less. They don’t tell you there is an 85% threshold on commissions and benefits cost a fortune. The most qualified are not the ones being promoted. It’s the ones who will say what they want to hear and never voice an opposing opinion.

Pros

People seem genuinely nice and deep down want to help. Decent base pay.

Cons

Nice people, with a lot of ego under the surface. Very reactive. Looking for quick fixes instead of focusing and investing in the root problem.
