Pros

Consistent assignments available, as soon as you're done at one property they usually have another property available within a few days The pay is decent The hours are flexible, I never had a hard time taking time off

Cons

Seems like this is strictly temp based, most of the properties aren't willing to pay the price to hire you on full time. Some of the properties are unpleasant to work with (although this is not really BG's problem)

Pros

Clear communication: Expectations and next steps were explained in a way that made the process feel smooth. Supportive team interactions: Kristy and Daryl were both very helpful throughout the entire onboarding experience. Their guidance made the process feel welcoming. Patient I‑9 assistance: Daryl showed exceptional patience during the I‑9 portion, making what can be a stressful step feel manageable. Organized training materials: Resources were easy to follow and provided a solid foundation for getting started.

Streamlined documentation: Some materials could be consolidated or updated to reduce repetition.

Pros

People seem genuinely nice and deep down want to help. Decent base pay.

Cons

Nice people, with a lot of ego under the surface. Very reactive. Looking for quick fixes instead of focusing and investing in the root problem.
