      Pros

      Only pro is that I was able to take the knowledge that was thrown at me and was able to turn it into something different.

      Cons

      This company told me I would be answering phone calls, but instead I was leasing apartments without commission pay, I was thrown into Tax Credit, which anyone in this field knows affordable housing os difficult. They hired a woman over me who didn’t have the experience, but hired because of ethnicity reasons.

Supportive team interactions: Kristy and Daryl were both very helpful throughout the entire onboarding experience. Their guidance made the process feel welcoming. Patient I‑9 assistance: Daryl showed exceptional patience during the I‑9 portion, making what can be a stressful step feel manageable. Organized training materials: Resources were easy to follow and provided a solid foundation for getting started.
