Pros

There are no pros I can think of

Cons

I reached out to one of the coordinators to share feedback about the disappointing condition of the property I was assigned to. However, during our conversation, I felt misunderstood. Instead of simply discussing the issues, the coordinator seemed to label me as an angry individual as if I was the problem, which felt unfair and shocking. As a leasing consultant, I always strive to handle matters professionally and positively. The implication made during our conversation was unprofessional and resembled Karen like behavior. I can give you grace if you're having a bad day but to flip it on me and assassinate my character is another. Despite the challenging circumstances of the property I've been assigned to, I've consistently worked diligently and performing my job effectively. Though I wish I had recorded the conversation, my disappointment stands, I will never recommend them to anyone.

Pros

People seem genuinely nice and deep down want to help. Decent base pay.

Cons

Nice people, with a lot of ego under the surface. Very reactive. Looking for quick fixes instead of focusing and investing in the root problem.
