      Pros

      You get to work in different office environments, different companies. It never gets boring. Also you have the opportunity of getting to see what's out there and analyze where and for who you would want to be working for.

      Cons

      The only negative I find in any type of temp agency is that there is no job guaranteed. But thankful that in the mean time they can help you find a job until you get something secured.

Patient I‑9 assistance: Daryl showed exceptional patience during the I‑9 portion, making what can be a stressful step feel manageable. Organized training materials: Resources were easy to follow and provided a solid foundation for getting started.

      Streamlined documentation: Some materials could be consolidated or updated to reduce repetition.

      People seem genuinely nice and deep down want to help. Decent base pay.

      Cons

      Nice people, with a lot of ego under the surface. Very reactive. Looking for quick fixes instead of focusing and investing in the root problem.
