Pros
Great bunch of talented people to work with all very caring individuals. Management really wants you to succeed with whatever path youd like to go on.
Cons
They have a few architectural contractors in the office which are basically like regular full time employees but BHDP can terminate their employment at any time and they dont get any health benefits or even a key to the building so they have to wait for someone else to walk in any time they want to come to the office.
