1. Ownership/ Executive leadership are either part of the Crawford family or don't want to upset the family. 2. HR is afraid of ownership and depending on who you report to, will not be able or willing to assist you. 3. Unrealistic expectations are very clear from within the first 90 days. Especially after your first quarterly all company

Here at BHG Financial, we want to hear from every member of the team and always welcome feedback, however, we disagree with your review. We are proud of our Executive Leadership Team, which is comprised of over 25 individuals who on average have been with BHG Financial for more than 13 years. With that said, BHG also has multiple resources in place within the People Development Department to help employees stay on track and ultimately succeed with us. This includes special training and learning opportunities, as well as avenues to properly submit feedback and share any concerns. We are truly a team of runners, and we certainly understand that the high expectations are not for everyone. We're saddened we weren't the right fit but wish you all the best.
