There are many aspects I truly appreciate about working at BHG. Beyond the positive culture, great work-life balance, and competitive compensation, I appreciate the emphasis on using modern technologies that lead to better efficiency for everyone. It’s refreshing to be part of a culture that actually encourages career growth and innovation—and is capable of acting upon both! Also, proper resourcing stands out to me as another key aspect. Getting this right allows for continuous improvements across the board.

Cons

No major cons I can think of. After being in IT for quite some time now and having friends in the industry, it is obvious to me that this company is a gem.
