Outstanding People & Culture: One of BHG’s biggest strengths, its people. My teams are collaborative, supportive, and invested in everyone's success. The environment makes you feel valued and motivated to do your best. Strong Leadership: Leadership at the top demonstrates commitment to the company’s success and its employees. Investment in Employees: BHG genuinely invests in its people, whether through tools, professional development, or embracing innovation. This focus helps employees grow which directly strengthens the company! I love this! Benefits & Perks: The benefits package is competitive and well-rounded. Wellness Fridays are a standout perk and show that the company prioritizes work-life balance and employee well-being.

Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward. Sometimes this can lead to rework, or multiple people doing working on the same things. i.e.: Borrower Portals.
