The environment makes you feel valued and motivated to do your best. Strong Leadership: Leadership at the top demonstrates commitment to the company’s success and its employees. Investment in Employees: BHG genuinely invests in its people, whether through tools, professional development, or embracing innovation. This focus helps employees grow which directly strengthens the company! I love this! Benefits & Perks: The benefits package is competitive and well-rounded. Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward. Sometimes this can lead to rework, or multiple people doing working on the same things. i.e.: Borrower Portals.

Cons

Management is a bunch of yes men to the president. They don’t stick up employees even when you are drowning. They think more leads = more pay but it’s capped commission. Tells you how out of tune he is with the floor. Also, have to listen to meetings where he brags about how many houses he has or how he flies private. Also, no real way to move out. Top performers have only taken pay cuts every year.
