Pros
The company truly does give you the platform to be successful. It's a great place to refine your skills and abilities. Will sharpen your sales skills, team structure, and from ownership down everyone does care. The pay is competitive but honestly if you're great in sales you can and will make far more money working elsewhere OR even taking the simple business model and doing it yourself keeping the entire margin, instead of settling for fraction. Great place to learn a business model. The gym, cafe, office space is amazing! They truly provide you with all possible tools to be successful. Training and more. Your success or failure is in your hands but there's a catch. They offer Cardone university to refine your sales skills, constant training, speaking engagements, company events and they truly invest in their people!
Cons
Now. PMA. If you don't have it. You better find it. If you don't feel good you better pretend that you're having the best day of your life. Everyone is afraid to speak their mind in fear of retaliation. If you have an opinion that conflicts with anyone, especially one of the million managers, you better keep it to yourself. Many "managers" couldn't make it as sales reps and they function to basically judge you behind your back in meetings that you never hear feedback from. The politics are equally as importance as performance if not more. Avoid at all costs being branded, "not a team player" You will constantly be indirectly and sometimes directly threatened with being fired, losing your job, or being, "cut off lead flow" get used to it. A common theme, "nothing is a given" this includes your job regardless of how well you perform. Eat at your desk, in fact live at it. The unspoken ideology is work 8-8, weekends and pledge your allegiance/life to BHG. You can convert at or above required standards, handle volume, structure quality deals, provide exceptional customer relations, participate in team functions, know your product, remain punctual AND STILL you can be fired without notice, reason, or cause. If you're not part of the, "clicks" or if one of the endless managers decides they dislike you watch out. You're probably fired. Management is all over the place. Often they will say one thing and do another. Polices change daily, weekly and monthly but you'll be judged regardless. You have managers for EVERYTHING and to justify their value and protect their position they're always looking for some way to cover themselves, make themselves look good or just need to feel relevant by throwing attention onto someone else. DONT BE THAT PERSON. They manipulate lead flow, some managers play favorites, the company has hired to many people and have not created enough leads to support the influx of new staff. Even if you're a rock star they constantly ride you. Nothing you do is EVER good enough. More, more, more is the moto and just Incase you get comfortable don't forget. You can be fired any second. In short, if your good you're gone and if you're great you still may find yourself out the door for reasons unknown. The place operates much like the navy seals crossbreed with the circus.
