The BHG Sales Academy offers a different sales environment than most Account Executives might experience in other roles, where they are not required to build their own book of business. Instead, BHG’s marketing team is responsible for delivering high quality leads to the Account Executives on a daily basis, for them to convert. Due to a high demand in BHG’s financial solutions, many account executives work longer hours to convert leads and see the benefits of that additional time spent in the form of a larger paycheck. Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward. Sometimes this can lead to rework, or multiple people doing working on the same things. i.e.: Borrower Portals.
