Pros

You will be advised to work overtime if you want to be a “runner”, I.e. if you want to keep your job, work overtime. Which obviously means more money.

Cons

You probably thought, when you were offered this job, this seems too good to be true; and it is. The internal company culture is terrible, it feels like you’re in a high school cafeteria with all of the cliques that exist within this company. The company praises people who work 80+ hours a week, and frowns upon the people who work the set hours in their contract. The CEO will say in company wide meetings “if you’re not a runner, go somewhere else”, meaning, as I said above, if you don’t want to give up any sort of personal life you may have, he doesn’t want you at his company. Stay away from BHG. Take time to look through these reviews, and I suggest looking at the most recent or the lowest rating. Reason being is that the company and its higher ups will tell employees to leave them good reviews as soon as a bad one pops up. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Do your research, believe the reviews on here that have more than 3 words for each category, and listen to the bad ones, because there’s a lot and rightfully so. Best thing I did was get out of this company.

Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward. Sometimes this can lead to rework, or multiple people doing working on the same things. i.e.: Borrower Portals.
