Pros

I have been with this company for a number of years. It is a remarkable place to work. The one common denominator that is expected for success , growth, etc, is hard work. This concept is not foreign to me growing up playing sports and having to fight for things instead of them being given to me. Over the years the people that I work with have become like family. The owners Al and Eric are two of the most down to earth, nicest guys you have ever met. The benefits of the job are unheard of. Free healthcare, SU games , box seats, Miami games, concerts. They brought in a pro boxing coach to teach us classes DC. So amazing place to work but if you want to succeed come to work. I feel that is the success to life anyways. You have to work nothing is given to you in this life.

Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward. Sometimes this can lead to rework, or multiple people doing working on the same things. i.e.: Borrower Portals.
