Pros

Great benefits (at least they used to be). Wellness weekends.

Cons

Company lacks long term goals. Management is so driven on short term goals and has no outlook for a longer duration. Teams changes are made on a quarterly basis and sometimes on a monthly basis too. Directors and Managers in IT lack experience in people management. Your hard work gets rarely recognized. All the monthly awards are just based on favoritism. No promotions since I joined BHG and i have been an. Out-performer every single quarter and always did more than what I’m responsible for. Managers show a lot of favoritism towards certain people who are absolutely useless in the org and whose work lacks basic level of quality. Some leads in IT lack work ethics. Do not know how to be a professional while talking. They have rules and processes that are utterly senseless and a waste of time for everyone.

Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward. Sometimes this can lead to rework, or multiple people doing working on the same things. i.e.: Borrower Portals.
