Since 2001, BHG Financial has remained committed to all its employees. This includes offering generous benefits and perks such as Wellness Weekends, which provide an extra 12 days off each year in addition to PTO, a company bonus structure, remote work opportunities, covered health insurance, and so much more. It's very important to us to build up the employees who build BHG. An important part of this commitment is ensuring that our company remains in the best standing to continue moving toward success. Unfortunately, like many other companies, we sometimes make impossible decisions, including reducing staff to keep the company in a good position. Our leaders do everything possible to either delay or avoid this, but sometimes circumstances are beyond our control. The choice never comes lightly.  As always, BHG will continue to keep our employees top of mind as we push forward.
