There seems to be some confusion here as benefits have not increased 900%, and company updates are provided to employees on a regular cadence. Here at BHG Financial, we believe in transparency and open discussion, with our executive leadership team sharing updates bi-weekly in our BHG Wins Townhall. We highly recommend attending Townhalls, Quarterly Awards Ceremonies, and any team meetings. Furthermore, BHG continues to cover the majority percentage of health plans. With regards to commission structure and pay, our compensation packages allow dedicated and driven team members to continue to earn competitive pay with upside potential. Pay plans are performance-based to reward those employees who exceed expectations, and we always look at our compensation plans to ensure they are fair and equitable.
