Pros

NONE. Money is good if you absolutely drain yourself. But you’ll deserve way more with the work load.

Cons

Management here will NEVER have your back. You can be the top rep bringing in the most sales and making the most money and you will only ever be just a #. They will gaslight you and say whatever they need to just to keep you performing. The second you need personal time regardless of the reason you will be pushed out. Don’t try and make a difference or create positive change in the toxic sales environment they create - they WILL make you a target.

The environment makes you feel valued and motivated to do your best. Strong Leadership: Leadership at the top demonstrates commitment to the company’s success and its employees. Investment in Employees: BHG genuinely invests in its people, whether through tools, professional development, or embracing innovation. This focus helps employees grow which directly strengthens the company! I love this! Benefits & Perks: The benefits package is competitive and well-rounded. Wellness Fridays are a standout perk and show that the company prioritizes work-life balance and employee well-being.

Cons

Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward. Sometimes this can lead to rework, or multiple people doing working on the same things. i.e.: Borrower Portals.
