Inconsistent pay structures. Responsibilities from Account Executives, who boastfully make double, are pushed onto Processors. Processors are expected to do the jobs of Account Executives with low recognition and no pay benefit. Stack rank commission and bottom 20 earn unlivable pay

Pay plans are performance-based to reward those employees who exceed expectations, and are consistently evaluated to ensure they are fair and equitable. We also recognize the hard work of the team through bonuses, a Recognition & Rewards program where points can be redeemed for items and gift cards, as well as Quarterly Awards Ceremonies which pay up to $1,000 per award winner. Furthermore, we offer an array of perks and benefits all with employee health and wellness in mind. This does include Wellness Weekends, remote work options, and 15 days of PTO (20 days after 2 years), as you mentioned. The environment makes you feel valued and motivated to do your best. Strong Leadership: Leadership at the top demonstrates commitment to the company’s success and its employees. Investment in Employees: BHG genuinely invests in its people, whether through tools, professional development, or embracing innovation. This focus helps employees grow which directly strengthens the company! I love this! Benefits & Perks: The benefits package is competitive and well-rounded. Wellness Fridays are a standout perk and show that the company prioritizes work-life balance and employee well-being.

Cons

Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward. Sometimes this can lead to rework, or multiple people doing working on the same things. i.e.: Borrower Portals.
