This place has people it does not deserve every one I worked closely with only wanted to be better.

Let this be a warning BHG Financial uses a service to remove negative reviews. They use Removify and have someone literally hired to combat people’s honest reviews this place doesn’t deserve that 4 Star review and I am disappointed in Glassdoor for allowing that to happen. It is very unfair to have people come to your company expecting so much more than you actually provide. Please do not even reply with the usual automated copy paste PR script. Ownership has made some extremely poor decisions that not only hurt employee morale it also showed that they are more interested in protecting their pockets then protecting the people that got them there. Over my time there I genuinely cannot say there was something that they did well every plan of action was terribly flawed and executed. I was wooed by the fancy office and equipment but just because they have these “things” means you’ll have a meaningful career there.

Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward. Sometimes this can lead to rework, or multiple people doing working on the same things. i.e.: Borrower Portals.
