A word of warning if you're considering joining this place - things aren't what they used to be. They just axed a lot of solid performers right before the holidays with barely a word from leadership (they did the SAME thing in 2023.. I guess us who stayed trusted the lies we were fed...again). Basically "profits over people" is their new motto.
This used to be a top workplace in NY, but it's gone downhill fast. The recent changes are brutal - they've slashed 401k matching to a laughable level, killed bonuses, and kept "restructuring" commissions annually at a minimum (spoiler: you'll make less money each time and have a larger workload. My commission has been restructured 7 times in 5 years!). There's also plenty of nepotism going around and everyone at the company knows it.
Salespeople especially beware - they'll have you grinding through low-quality leads while paying minimum wage for your first 90 days with no commission. After 90 days the floodgates of terrible quality leads open and your commission will be a peanut. But don't worry you'll be told that "you can work your way out of it" and the lead distribution team "is working on it" (they've been working on it for 5 years for me!). Don't expect much support from upper management - they're notorious for keeping everyone in the dark.
Middle managers have it rough too, constantly having to deliver bad news without any real explanation from above. The whole culture has shifted from valuing employees to treating them as disposable.
Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
If you do join, just know what you're walking into - a company that's more focused on short-term profits than building a solid team or taking care of its people.
