Pros

good benefits, good pay, 1 free PTO a month

Cons

no opportunity for growth, to much politics inside the company, no opportunity to redeem yourself if something goes bad even if is the companies fault, try very very hard not to get in a PIP once you get one you will be more likely to be fire in the next couple of month for more hard work that you do.

Investment in Employees: BHG genuinely invests in its people, whether through tools, professional development, or embracing innovation. Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward. Sometimes this can lead to rework, or multiple people doing working on the same things. i.e.: Borrower Portals.
