The people who don't take this job too seriously is great

Cons

Management is horrible, and don't know what they really want. Nepotism runs rampant. No room for upwards growth and good luck getting a raise.

Dynamic & Engaging Work: Its a fast-paced environment, but it keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to grow and work on impactful initiatives that drive the business forward.
