The clients all deserve love, compassion, and dignity.

Cons

Unethical practices from the higher ups - blocking covid tests, neglecting clients care. I came in to work after a few days and a client hadn't been changed in days. I reported it, nothing happened. Consistent verbal abuse from supervisors and managers, I was screamed at ("why is HE here!?!?") for asking help in getting a client's check. Tried updating client programs consistently fell on deaf ears. BHN just wanted us to shut up and disappear. Disgraceful.
