A close-knit, passionate group of people working to deliver great products to the consumer. Family-owned for over 140 years.

Cons

Bissell runs lean meaning resources can sometimes be an issue.

Pros

The business remains one of the oldest family-owned companies in the US, that continues to see growth and success. There's transparency with results and we avoid the unnecessary fiscal exercises that are tied back to shareholder reporting with publically traded companies. The culture is one of respect and flexibility.

Cons

There are be some over conservatism at times, but the long history of success speaks for itself.
