Thanks so much for your review and your honest comments. Business is growing, and as a result, we have not been able to keep up with demand, therefore, it is causing some overtime work for many Associates. There are some tactical things the organization is doing to help retain Associates short term, and over time there is also a plan to reduce some of the hours for current Associates. Each and every Associate plays a key role in helping keep up with the demand to serve our customers – and it is very much appreciated.
