The pay and discounts were good

Cons

The management was adamant that they could help and train affectively but that was not the case. The managers did not have the skills to help with tasks of those they managed, and those who could help had an overwhelming work load so they did not have the time to do so.

The business remains one of the oldest family-owned companies in the US, that continues to see growth and success. There's transparency with results and we avoid the unnecessary fiscal exercises that are tied back to shareholder reporting with publically traded companies. The culture is one of respect and flexibility.

Cons

There are be some over conservatism at times, but the long history of success speaks for itself.
