So much drama and cattiness you can barely get work done. Toxic seems like a nice way to put the corporate culture at BISSELL. Also, take a look at their senior leadership - old white men - all of them.

The business remains one of the oldest family-owned companies in the US, that continues to see growth and success. There's transparency with results and we avoid the unnecessary fiscal exercises that are tied back to shareholder reporting with publically traded companies. The culture is one of respect and flexibility.

Cons

There are be some over conservatism at times, but the long history of success speaks for itself.
