Pros

Excellent culture on the design team. No egos, and incredible talent. There is a cafe and cafeteria that serves great food, and I enjoy the company events. Another great perk is its a pet friendly environment.

Cons

This is a very -corporate- environment. Tons of acronyms, initiatives, lingo, and processes on processes. If you can't get behind that, it may not be a good fit.

The business remains one of the oldest family-owned companies in the US, that continues to see growth and success. There's transparency with results and we avoid the unnecessary fiscal exercises that are tied back to shareholder reporting with publically traded companies. The culture is one of respect and flexibility.

Cons

There are be some over conservatism at times, but the long history of success speaks for itself.
