BISSELL makes great products at reasonable price points that do what they say they will do and there is a pride in that.

Cons

The is a lost opportunity in not trusting BISSELL's subject matter experts which hinders the production process. The powerful unqualified subjective voices drown out the qualified and objective less powerful voices to the detriment of the company's success.

The business remains one of the oldest family-owned companies in the US, that continues to see growth and success. There's transparency with results and we avoid the unnecessary fiscal exercises that are tied back to shareholder reporting with publically traded companies. The culture is one of respect and flexibility.

Cons

There are be some over conservatism at times, but the long history of success speaks for itself.
