It’s too monotonous, I wish it could be more active

Appears good from outside, but just the opposite once you go inside.

Bad and out-of-control students dictate the terms to the faculty members. There is no attendance requirement for the students. Many students do not attend classes and blame the faculty for their failure. They waste their time watching movies, playing games, etc. Many students indulge in drinking alcohol, smoking, and other bad habits. Several students cheat in the exams. The management always sided with the students and blame the faculty. A few of the heads of the departments derive pleasure in harassing younger faculty members. They play a lot of politics. They expect you to work all the time and no personal time. Service rules are dependent on how favorable you are with the management.
