1. High Pressure Enviorment 2. Disrespectful Management 3. Deceving Job Titles 4. Below Market Average Pay 5. Toxic Work Enviorment 6. Company and department Does not breed success 7. High Turnover Rate 8. Company has neglected its finance and accounting departments 9. Overpriced and below average food cafeteria 10. Bad excuse for a gym 11. Lack of stability and constant change, especially when it comes to floor plans 12. Seniority reigns and new talent leaves as quickly as it comes into the company 13. No company events or anything to help build team morale, it is a do as your told job 14. Broken system, not just accounting but the whole finance team, it works like a broken clock and has a team too big. This could be easily fixed by fixing the system so the company does not need an oversized team to help fix the mistakes which should not happen in the first place 15. The team is too big, 5-6 people for what should be one job and this means pay is too low and work gets done very slow 16. The work is boring and should not exist in the first place as it mostly comes from a broken financial system 17. The hours are 9 hours a day since they do not pay for lunch. While most companies are reducing the workday and offering work from home, this company is going the opposite direction 17. Lack of respect for low level employees from senior works, who are not even management or a supervisor, which can stunt growth and can be demoralizing 18. Prehistoric requirement to ID in every single door in the building so the company can track where you are going or if you took a long lunch GASP 19. No Existance of work life balance 20. Very bad for anybody who has multiple commitments, aka children, grad school, second job, since it will suck the energy out of you
