      Pros

      Massive facility. Got a good walk in everyday

      Cons

      Management is horrible. The coworkers hate each other but it’s really because management tells everyone different things and it leads to miscommunication. Blurred boundaries at times. And the job is a catfish. They’ll tell you you’ll be doing one thing but you’ll end up doing 15 things and 20 others that someone above you is getting paid to do

      Pros

      Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions

      Cons

      Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable. incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work. Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
