      Market competitive pay, Incredible mission driven work

      Cons

      If you bring incivility concerns forth you become gaslit and become the target. Leaders are allowed to curse and speak terribly toward you, however if you bring forth concerns A&C will allow retaliation

      Pros

      Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions

      Cons

      Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable. incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work. Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
