      Pros

      Healthcare has changed so much and not for the better, I wish BJC would take nursing bedside staff seriously with concerns about workflow. BJC is becoming every other entity that is blind to what really matters. There is more to healthcare than making big money, the public is aware of the profits made.

      Cons

      Cutting nursing staff, making unsafe ratios for high acuity patients.
