      Pros

      Coworkers who truly have a call for patient care. I see lots of clinical people truly going the extra mile.

      Cons

      Salary is low end, diversity efforts are scattered and different/innovative views are not appreciated; poor staffing policies -slow hiring, unexpected turnover; HR and management are not visible and generally do not reach out, 'touch' employees; political -especially corporate, work with Doctors

      Pros

      Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions

      Cons

      Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable. incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work. Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
