Directors and managers do not support their supervisors. All they want are yes men/women. If you say anything or even try to people manage you will be harassed retaliated against and the terminated for little to no reason at all. If you do come on board remember one thing! Print out all emails and make sure you get specific detailed instructions in writing or they will tell you face to face one thing then tell you they never told you to do it.
