Pros
I learned a lot about big business and touched a lot of technology and helped the people who save lives to a better job in the process.
Cons
Unfortunately a large nonprofit organization portrays to one that quality of the employees you hire and or keep employees makes little to no difference. I understand big business is very buddy buddy, its more who you know, not what you know etc. But BJC takes that mentality way to far in a lot of cases. Oh and not to mention announcing to everyone that you cannot give raises, followed by you having 170 million in capital budget that you couldn't spend on new projects... Yes I know capital is designated for xxx, but come on now.
