      Pros

      The people who work at Christian hospital are very friend. Everyone knows each other, and the teamwork is great, not only on your unit, but from floor to floor as well. Great opportunities to be involved! Self-governance model is followed with education, quality, and practice councils.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, I enjoy working here and have since I started 4 years ago.

      Pros

      Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions

      Cons

      Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable. incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work. Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
