Pros

- Comprehensive benefits - Coworkers are friendly and supportive

Cons

- Incompetent, oblivious, unsupportive management/supervisors - The people in charge are worried about numbers, not their employees or patients - Everyone is overworked and overwhelmed - No evaluations, no reviews, no performance-based raises - No opportunity for growth (unless you’re clinical) - Retention is a joke - No opportunity to telecommute, work remotely, or relocate to more accessible offices - There isn’t a consistent schedule and hours don’t allow for any work-life balance - You have to use PTO for holidays--if you get holidays - There is no competent backup/training for backup, so you feel punished for taking sick days or vacation - Unsafe parking conditions - Costly benefits

Pros

Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions

Cons

Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable. incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work. Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
