Treat long term employees as disposable... Why pay one person X amount that has been there over 20 years when you can hire two that don't know ANYTHING. Patient care is suffering. The providers and staff are usually great but trying to standardize across all facilities is killing you and your staff. Greed and money. New system's main point is making sure the patient is eligible and they have a referral. Revenue has increased. Moral is in the toliet.
